For PhD Students submitting a Poster     

Before to submit a Poster, ensure that registration is fully finalized and the payment made.

Each PhD student which wish to present a poster is encouraged to do it.

The poster must:

-be in Format A0  (119 cm × 84 cm) 

-contains the Logo, the name of the summer school and its web site address.

The police and the size of the text, but also the layout of the poster, are free.

If a student expects to present a poster, he must send, before July 15^th 2018,   to “tzedakis@chimie.ups-tlse.fr”, an electronic file (PDF format A4) of this poster, in order to include that in the handouts (for files larger than 6 MB use the address: "theotzedakis@gmail.com" or send a download link).

Besides the PhD student must include at the email an Excel file of 2 lines x 6 columns, containing the following information.  The title of the poster/ the authors names/ their addresses/ the corresponding author (email+phone number)/Name of the PhD supervisor/ email of the PhD supervisor.

For PhD Students expecting to Talk

Before to submit an oral Talk, ensure that registration is fully finalized and the payment made.

Each ‘PhD student’ who wish present it’s work, will benefit some minutes to do an oral talking. 

 The precise duration and also the scheduling of the talk in the school program, are strongly conditioned by the number of the candidates to this talk. We will try to attribute at the least 3 minutes for the talk, and a little be more if there is a relatively limited number of students candidates.

If a student expects to present an oral talk, he must send, before July 15^th 2018,   to “tzedakis@chimie.ups-tlse.fr”, an ‘one page A4’ abstract of its talking (PDF and Word files), including /the title of the Talk/the author and its complete address +email+phone number, the Supervisor of the PhD and its address.

Besides the PhD student must include at the email an Excel file of 2 lines x 6 columns, containing the following information: /The title of the Talk/ the authors names/ their addresses/ the corresponding author (email+phone number)/ Name of the PhD supervisor/ email of the PhD supervisor.
